We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to secure your preferred dates, especially during peak travel seasons (March–May and September–November). For Jewish holidays and Passover season, earlier booking is strongly advised.

We accept bank transfer, PayPal, and cash (USD, EUR, GBP, CAD). A deposit may be required to confirm your booking, with the balance due on the day of the tour.

Cancellations made 7 or more days in advance receive a full refund. Cancellations 3–6 days in advance receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. We understand emergencies happen and handle each case with flexibility and understanding.
